The Frozen Alliance was founded by a Skydancer named Sybil, and its original location was in the Shifting Expanse. During those times, the clan's name was the Stormborn Alliance.
Before the clan was founded, Sybil and Arrix lived in the Starfall Isles. Longing for adventure, they chose to leave the Isles and travel across Sornieth. The duo flew across the planet, searching for a place they could call home. Months later, they arrived at the Shifting Expanse.
Thunderstorms which would scare off attackers, lots of open land to roam. While Arrix has his doubts, Sybil was more than ready to call the desert her home. Dens were dug into the walls of a chasm, an overhead storm protecting the dragons who resided there.
Many uneventful weeks went by, until a lone Imperial by the name of Noir arrived. She became the worker of the clan, bringing in resources and treasure as she returned from the Coliseum. Since she doubled as a warrior in her spare time, Noir was also in charge of protecting the hatchlings. She was the guardian of Sybil and Arrix's first daughter, Valkyrie.
As time went on, more dragons arrived. The clan continued to expand, reveling in its freedom. Sybil and Arrix were just and fair, but seemed distant from the clan. Then the day came where Sybil left the Alliance, with Arrix at her side.
As Valkyrie felt she was too inexperienced to take over rule of the clan, she bestowed leadership upon Chara, the Ridgeback.
Chara did her best to lead the clan, others from the clan guiding her actions. They mourned the loss of Sybil, but they managed.
Life was as it should be, until Opal arrived, two adult Wildclaws in her wake.
