Minor Infraction (M1)- Warning, loss of 1 rank if the problem persists.

Moderate Infraction (M2)- Loss of 2 ranks.

Major Infraction (M3)- Loss of 3 ranks. If the crime is severe enough, and the dragon's rank is low enough, exaltation may result. Treason is an immediate exaltation.
